Is there harm in killing these giants? They do sleep and we do not know if when they awake they will be the monsters I fear or the gods you worship. You see their strength as a testament of beauty, a lofty goal you might one day reach. I see their strength and know they can destroy.

But what if it’s worse than that. What if when they awake from their slumber they offer hope and ease to those with the power to end them while simultaneously squashing underfoot the land and the people that have no option but to support them.

I procrastinate by submitting bits of writing to I Write Like. So far my essay writing is H.P. Lovecraft, my song writing is Stephen King, my reddit comments are Douglas Adams, and my creative writing is Dan Brown. I need to work on my creative writing in that case.
